Josh used to work in London as a data scientist but a few years ago he decided he needed a change of direction. He certainly got that!
Along his journey, Josh cycled in temperatures as high as 42C and as low as -27C. He also learnt Russian!

I went to Somerset to see Josh for the podcast. He kindly got back on his bike for me and we cycled to a reservoir to record it.
I wanted to hear more about his extraordinary journey, why he feels most comfortable outdoors and how the adventure has impacted his life now! You’ll find Josh Day on Instagram @cyclingfordays
